Content Requirements

  • Original and unpublished — the piece can’t already be live on your own blog, Medium, LinkedIn, or anywhere else.
  • Human-written, ideally. If AI tools were part of your process, that’s fine as long as the result reads like it was written by someone who actually knows the subject, not a template with the nouns swapped out. We can tell the difference, and so can our readers.
  • 800+ words minimum, structured with real headings, not one long unbroken block.
  • Specific and grounded — real examples, real numbers, a real point of view. “Shipping delays can hurt your business” isn’t insight; “a two-day delay on a $40 order raised our return rate by 11%” is.
  • Featured image only. We don’t run in-content images in guest posts — if your piece needs a chart or screenshot to make its point, describe it in the text instead.
  • Text links only, with descriptive anchor text. No linked images, and no exact-match keyword stuffing in the anchor — it should read like a sentence a person would actually write.
  • Links have to earn their place. A link that helps the reader understand the topic is welcome; a link that’s obviously just there for the link isn’t, and we’ll ask you to cut or reframe it.

What We Don’t Accept

No casino, betting, or gambling content or links, under any framing. We also pass on anything that wouldn’t be appropriate for a general, ad-supported audience — adult content, illegal substances, and similar regulated or off-brand categories. If you’re not sure whether your niche qualifies, ask before you write — it saves us both the time.

How It Works

  • We reply and let you know if it’s a fit, along with any notes on angle or scope.
  • You send the draft — or we do, for the $100 package — original, following the requirements above.
